What is the height required for a para commando?? my height is 171 cm. So, am I eligible or not? Can you please provide me the complete information on the same? What is the minimum criteria required to apply for the post? Awaiting for the answer.

As per your height criteria, you are eligible for para commando.

150 cms - 39 Kg (20 years) - 41 Kg (25 years) - 43 Kg (30 years)
153 cms - 40 Kg (20 years) - 47.2 Kg (25 years) - 43.5 Kg (30 years)
155 cms - 43 Kg (20 years) - 44 Kg (25 years) - 46 Kg (30 years)
158 cms - 45 Kg (20 years) - 46 Kg (25 years) - 48 Kg (30 years)
160 cms - 46 Kg (20 years) - 47 Kg (25 years) - 49 Kg (30 years)

So friend if you wanted to be a Para Commando you have to first of all join INDIAN ARMY as a Soldier or as a Officer.


Eligibility :

You have to complete the 10Th & +2 or any equivalent examination and there is no relaxation for the other caste

Age limit should be You should not crosses the maximum age limit of 23 years and have the minimum age limit of 18 years

Physical Details :

Your eyesight should be Normal and no defects
Your eye sight should be 6/6

You must be Indian citizen
Your height should be Minimum of 157 cm
