B.Arch graduates have a lot of careers awaiting them in the public sector as well as private sector. The new government projects such as DMRC are recruiting architects as executive trainees for a pay scale of Rs.20600 to 46500/- per month. RITES offer architect jobs at the same pay scale. The BSF and Indian Army have been recruiting architects at a pay band of Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34,800/- per month. In addition to all these there are a lot of private firms employing architects at good pay scales. In addition to theses you can work as a freelancer which is a very profitable business.
