a traditional thought process says Human resource management is the best specialization for girls. but today i have seen girls taking up field studies and pursuing marketing with all satisfaction. they are also get inclined towards finance as the booming sectors like banking, insurance, etc are fascinating them. girls with operations as their bachelor's field of study take up the same as MBA specialization. so it all depends on your area of interest. all what you need is your introspection and a specialization of your choice will come up automatically. and one has to take specializations in one's second year of MBA, so you will get enough time to get the gist of all the specializations in your 1st yr after which you will be comfortable to take a specialization you find apt for yourself.

A integrated course is commonly referred as a "sand witch" course. It encompass Ug and Pg courses together. Integrated courses usually have stand alone benefits. Between you will be locked for 5 years together. For example, if you had got other better plans for your PG, you cannot escape as you are studying an integrated course. While a integrated may be useful if you had opted to choose a PG programme before joining a UG course.
