what is the minimum qualification of has....please tell me what is the qualification

HAS stands for Himachal Administrative Services and this examination conducted every year and to apply for this examination you have to complete your Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University.

**If you have completed your graduation only then you can apply for this examination, But along with educational Qualifications you have to fulfill the age eligibility criteria also.

**To apply for this examination, your age should between 21 to 35 years, if you are general category candidate then you are not eligible for this examination because you are now 38 years of age.

**If you are Government Candidate then you will get relaxation of 2 years and still you are not fulfill the age eligibility criteria. So, you are not eligible for HAS Examination.

**The pattern of this examination is same as civil services, firstly you have to cracked the Preliminary examination and then you are eligible for Mains. Notification published in all the newspapers and also in the official website.

Exam is divided in three stages-

Preliminary exam.
Mains exam
Personal interview.
