You can have a lucrative job after completing M.Tech in IIT. Top MNC often conduct campus placement from IIT’s. You can make a career in firms like Accenture, Infosys or Wipro. Also, you can look for a job abroad for which you may need to consult consultants. Good communication skills are mandatory to have a job outside the country.
