Procedure to complete Common Proficiency Test (CPT).

Minimum eligibility for registration: Student must have passed secondary examination form a recognized board. The registration is open throughout the year.

Minimum eligibility to take the test: In order to take the test, candidate must have qualified higher secondary level of examination in any stream. The test is conducted in the month of June as well as in December every year.

Format of Common Proficiency Test: The test comprise of four subjects divided into two sessions and each of the session are subdivided into two sections. The test carries 200 marks and in order to qualify the test, one needs to score a minimum of 100 marks. Candidates scoring 99 marks or less are declared failed.
