will you please tell me the complete Procedure of Phd. After MCA?? Is MCA students directly appear for the Phd course??? I'm confused. Please help.

Interested candidates should have completed masters degree with minimum 55 per cent. They also need to complete UGC Net exam. For the students from Backward Classes, Persons with disability (PWD) category need to score minimum 50 per cent marks in Master’s degree or equivalent. Some of the prominent institutions like Delhi University (http://www.du.ac.in), Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (http://www.iitd.ac.in) and IIT Kanpur, Anna University, University of Madras, Chennai also offers Ph.D degree in computer science. The institutions conduct its own entrance test for aspirants.
