What is the process for taking admission through Lateral Entry? I am pursuing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering


i'm persuing B.Tech. with mechanical branch, its my 1st year but the institute where i'm in present is not very good. so i wants to know about lateral entry in other universities. listed some of the better universities with process. is lateral entry produce us admission in 2nd year ?

i have passed diploma in computor science engg from eiilm university on distance mode, can i get admission in mnit through lateral entry with or without entrance exam
