If you complete Ph.d and complete a research on any thing which is not yet discovered then you will be awarded with a DOCTORATE infront of your name. You will awarded with a Government certified doctorate that will be very very much useful for you in gaining best jobs anywhere with a best position. After the completion of your post-graduation you have to study Ph.d till three years. You will be paid about 20k-30k while pursuing your Ph.d. Government will pay you while the study. It is a best path if you select for pursuing Ph.d. All the very best to you.

It is the most valuable asset that an aspiring academician can have.
pH.d research will help to improve your abilities to understand and solve problems, increase your confidence, make yourself a better communicator and gain skills that may lead to a better job, even in many fields apart from academics.
