Hi Friend,
A Member of Parliament is a representative of the voters to a parliament One has to be an Indian Citizen and should have completed 25 years of age. He should not have been convicted any criminal case for period more than 2 years. He should not have be declared insolvent in any court of law. There is no education qualification requirement. IN ORDER TO BECOME A MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT , YOU NEED TO HAVE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :- *One has to be an Indian Citizen and should have completed 25 years of age. *He should not have been convicted any criminal case . *He should not have be declared insolvent in any court of law. *Minimum education qualification requirement is Graduation passed.
