The admission procedure for entrance test varies from institution to institution. Institution look for the CAT, GMAT, MAT, etc. scores for admission to the MBA course in the required stream.
CAT is conducted by The India Institutes of Management for granting admission in the management programs of all the six IIMs and other top management schools.
Graduate Management Admissions Test or GMAT is conducted for giving admission to students in more than 1700 universities or institutes all across the globe.
Management Aptitude Test is conducted by All India Management Aptitude Testing Service. MAT is the National Entrance Test for admission to MBA and equivalent programmes of the various participating institutes of All India Management Aptitude Testing Service.
Several institutions have there own entrance test for the admission to the MBA programme.
The required documents are the score card of the concerned entrance exam, all the educational certificates of the candidate attested and photographs with the filled in forms.
