What is the salary and incentives offered by private firms to MBBS graduates?
What is salary ,allowances,incriment,bonuses,unpaid leave,health insurances,duty hours etc after m.b.b.s. Done in india in private sector in india.

The salary and other incentives offered in a private hospital is purely based on the business size of the hospital and turn over.
Some small hospitals recruit doctors and pay just 25000/ per month as a start up salary without any perks , Some Big hospitals recruit doctors and Pay Rs 60000/per and petrol and other allowances. If you are expecting high salary with good allowances you need get into a reputed hospital. |
