Reading newspapers is a good option to develop vocabulary. Grammatical skills can be developed by referring books on English grammar. Such skills are quite useful to clear the fill in the blanks section. Practicing model questions will be helpful. If you find any complication in self preparation, you can get trained under any of the coaching centers.
