Once you complete your graduation certainly you can apply for the M.Sc course. You have not mentioned the university or institute from where you want to pursue the course. Normally for most institute along with the graduation score the candidates will need to appear for an entrance exam. There will be questions on the area that the candidate specialised in graduation. You must refer to past papers while preparing for the exam.
