what should i do after b.tech..?? mba or m.tech... i hv heard that ppl persuing m.tech generally go in teachng field...is it true..?? Is there any job opportunity after m.tech..???

You can choose any of the PG courses such as MBA or M.Tech. You can go in to the technical field through M.Tech other than the teaching field. You can try for jobs in government companies such as NTPC, SAIL, BHEL etc. An MBA will help you to get in to the management related field. Hence, you can choose the course of your choice after evaluating the scope of each course carefully.

After B Tech you should do M Tech ,as it is an advanced version of your technical career and knowledge. Once you take up M Tech, its just a 2 year program and you would be Master's in technology.

Sure after that you can go for the MBA, as its a must in today's world.

You can prepare for GATE, and crack it for the admissions related to M Tech.

And for the admissions related to MBA, CAT is the exam.

Both are one of the toughest exams, and so you have to prepare well.
