There is no entrance examination for admission in Company Secretary course.
It is a correspondence course in which you can get admission after 12th.

This course is comprised of three courses.

1. Foundation Course
2. Executive Course
3. Professional Course

If you complete all the three course (i.e. pass their exams)
then only you can become certified Company Secretary.

You can apply for Executive course only after passing the Foundation course and
similarly, you can apply for Professional course only after passing the Executive course.

If your present qualification is 12th (or equivalent) then you can apply for Foundation
course.
If you are a graduate then you are not required to qualify Foundation course and
so you can directly apply for Executive course.

The exams are conducted in June and December.

You can register for this course anytime in a year.

Once you are registered for thee course then you can apply for the course exams.
