study thoroughly all the subjects & have confidence in yourself.... IPCC need lots of patience because its too hard to clear... it is very difficult to clear it in 1st attempt. Study each & every thing nicely... go for IPCC guide books or sample paper books... its all theoretical so be sure that formation of sentences are good enough.. your vocabulary must be good... Do not manipulate answers... try to give the answers point to point.
