What is sallabus of cat 2014...could u please tell me the details

HELLO,

CAT Stand for COMMON ADMISSION TEST to the Post Graduate programme to the Management course , the exam is conducted by IIM's Institute .


CAT Eligibility

> >The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or 45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC),

> > Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.

Prospective candidates must maintain a valid and unique email account and a phone number throughout the selection process.

The Tests examines the competency in

Quantitative Ability -QA(include problems related to Number Systems, P & L , Percentages, Averages, Progression, Work, Speed, Geometry and Algebra)

Data Interpretation –DI( Required to evaluate and give precise information from Tables, Charts and Graphs)

Verbal Ability –VA is a test of your English knowledge

Reading Comprehension (RC)

General Awareness/Business Awareness (GA/BA)

Logical Reasoning –LR (examine the skills on Data Sufficiency exercises, puzzles and deductive reasoning).
