No, the syllabus for Electronics and Communication and Electronics Instrumentation is not same. Both the streams of engineering have different syllabus, electronics is the common and some subjects related to electronics are covered under both trades of engineering.

In order to get the syllabus for both streams, you can log on to official website of your university and then under the syllabus section, you can click on the stream of engineering for which you want the syllabus.
