Re: What type of preparation is needed to crack IIT JEE?
dear friend,
if you are writing iit exam this year, then you should have already started your preparations. if yes, then its well and good. if not, then don't get tensed or panic. what you got to do is attend some crash course in iit-jee from any good coaching centers like the Excellent tutorials, brilliant coaching center etc. suppose ypu dont have any such coaching center in your locality, or if you don't have that much time to spare for it, then better go for studying your CBSE-NCERT text books thoroughly. this would help you for both your board exams as well as iit. then simultaneously get some books on iit or get yourself acquainted to some person who has written iit before to know about various tricks in solving certain types of mathematics sums in a quicker way . practice a lot of previous years' question papers too. start doing them now itself. be serious but stay cool at the same time. You would do well. All the best. God bless you. |

Re: What type of preparation is needed to crack IIT JEE?
hello,
Cracking IIT is dream of every student who aspire to be an engineer. But dreaming and turning it into is altogether different. It requires rigorous practice of concepts and fundamentals. And this is the key to success. believe me doing all high level books and not knowing the concept behind all the solutions will not lead you anywhere So focus more on clearing the concepts which will build the basic foundation and then all the questions will be easy to solve. So for all this refer to the NCERT of physics, chemistry and mathematics of both 11th and 12th. Also join some all india test series in order to evaluate your performance and make sure to analyse your mistakes after every test. time management is also very necessary good luck |

Re: What type of preparation is needed to crack IIT JEE?
While preparing for JEE two things should always be kept in mind:
1. Its not the fact that how much you read. 2. Its actually what you read and how you read it. Here are a few tips on how to start your preparation forIIT: 1. Try to give equal importance in all subjects. 2. As you are going for self study you will have to work a bit more harder than others. You should have someone to whom you can clear your doubts. 3. Revise what you have already learnt in regular intervals. 4. Try to solve as many problems as you can on paper rather than just reading its solution. 5. Books to refer Physics: NCERT, H.C.Verma Chemistry: NCERT, O P TANDON, PRADEEP OBJECTVE CHEMISTRY. MATHS: NCERT, R.D.SHARMA, ARIHANT Series All THE BEST |
