In order to be considered eligible for the post of Soldier Clerk, you must have qualified higher secondary examination with a minimum of 50%, in any discipline.

Apart from this, having studied Maths, Accountancy or Book Keeping in Secondary or Higher secondary standard is mandatory and you must have scored a minimum of 40% in any of these subjects including English.

The minimum eligible age to apply for the post is 17 1/2 years.
The maximum age limit is 23 years.

Can a only B.sc student apply for indian army shouldier clerk

To apply for Soldier Clerk post in army you must be 10+2 pass from a recognised board of education.

Atleast 50 % marks in aggregate is required if you want to apply for this post.

Your marks should not be less than 40 % in any of the subjects studied in 10+2.

You must have studied English and Maths/Accounts/Book keeping in your 10+2 .

The age must be between 17.5 to 23 years then only you will be eligible for the post.

The selection will be based on written exam , physical fitness test and medical examination.
