NDA Stands National Defence Academy and this examination is Conducted by UPSC, Twice in a Year.

To apply for NDA Examination, you have to complete your 12Th examination form a recognised Board, Final year appearing candidates are also eligible for NDA Examination.

Eligible candidates may apply for these wings of National Defense Academy :

>> Army Wings
>> Naval Wings
>> Air-Force Wings

If you have completed your Intermediate examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects, then you are eligible for all the wings of NDA.

Hello friend,
The upcoming NDA exam is going to be conducted on 15-04-2012.
The application form will be available from 31-12-2011.

The examination is conducted for all the major defense forces of India and to be eligible for it, one must have qualified +2 level of exam with Physics and Maths.
The minimum eligible age is 16 1/2 years and the maximum age limit is 19 years.

NDA stand for NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY

Eligibility criteria for NDA exam ::

1. A candidate must be between the age 16.5-19 years.
2. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply.
3. He should be a 12th pass from a recognized state board or school with a minimum 50% aggregate.
4. Maths is compulsory subject if applying for the Naval or Air Force Wings.
5. The candidate should be physically fit.

Date for Applying for NDA

The next NDA exam is going to be held on 15th April,2012..

The forms for the exam shall be released on 31st December,2011

You can avail the forms from your nearby post office or your nearest book depots..

For appearing in the NDA exam..you need to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria :-

NDA- NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam coducted by UPSC two times every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry into Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA.

You can apply for NDA-I, the notification for which will come out on 31.12.2011 and last date to apply will be on 30.01.2012 followed by examination on 15.04.2012.

All eligible candidate should be unmarried Indian citizen within age group of 16.5 to 19 years with an educational qualification of 12th pass from any stream for Indian Army and 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for Navy and Air Force. Final 12th exam appearing candidate also eligible to apply for NDA.
