Company Secretary course can be pursued anytime after completion of higher secondary education. In order to pursue the course, there is neither any percentage criteria nor their is any requirement for any particular combination of subjects.
Now, as per your question, if you register for the course after completion of your bachelors degree program, you will be eligible to get complete exemption from the Foundation program and will be considered eligible to enroll directly for the Executive Program of the course.
As far as admission process is concerned, you may register for the course anytime during a year as the registration process never stops and is open throughout the year.
