Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) was established in the year 2000 by the GoI. The company provides a wide range of telecom services in India. It has telecom training institutes which have been accredited with ISO 9000 quality certification. The company has also received National Energy Conservation Award in 2008-09 for the 2nd time in a row from Bureau of Energy Efficiency. BSNL has been one of the first service providers in India to launch 3G services across 284 cities as on November 30th, 2009. The company currently serves more than 55% of the broadband services market in India.

BSNL exam is conducted by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. for rendering efficient employees for the organisation.

Step of Selection in BSNL Exam :-

1.Written test
2.Interview

BSNL Exam 2013 Eligiblity:-

Candidate must have Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equal Engineering degree in any of the following fields from an accredited engineering college/university: Telecommunication, Electronics, Radio, Computer, Electrical,Information Technology, Examinees appearing in the final year degree exam may also apply.

BSNL Exam Marking Scheme :-

There is NO negative marks for wrong answers.

The JTO Question Paper will be fully objective type with multiple options as answers to each question.
The standard of paper in engineering subjects will be that of Engineering Examination of an Indian
University. Engineering Stream Section-I and Section-II would include 50 questions each and General
Ability test Section-III would include 20 questions.. However, there would be no separate time fixed for
attempting the separate sections. Each test will be of 3 hours duration with 120 marks.
Negative marking is 33%. Generally cut-off for general category students is around 50-60 marks out of
150, which will be less for O.B.C/S.C/S.T category students. There will be no interview for final selection,
criterion will be only written examination.

Notification mostly come in the month of March and exam will be held in April or May.
