Since your a computer science student hence you belong to the telecom section in JTO.JTO examination is split up into JTO Telecom, JTO Civil and JTO Electrical where ECE and CSE students are included in the Telecom branch. The syllabus generally includes 75% of the technical part covering all your core subjects along with 25% of general knowledge i.e aptitude and current events.
The pattern of the examination is mentioned below:- For JTOs(Telecom) Section-I : Engineering stream : 50 questions Section-II : Engineering stream : 50 questions Section-III : General Ability Test : 20 questions The detailed syllabus about the examination is mentioned below. BSNL shall fix minimum qualifying marks for OC/OBC/SC/ST/PH candidates for each section as well as in the aggregate. So, you should cross the cut off mark for all the sections only then you will be called for the interview. The merit-list will be drawn up on the basis of candidates’ performance in the exam and the number of vacancies. |
