I want to write JTO BSNL exam . I'm doing Engineering Final Year in ECE dept. I dont know the details of about JTO . can u please tell me how to apply by online and about exam details?

For that you need to be electrical engineer with atleast 60% in Btech...and then apply for it.

to apply for the BSNL JTO exam you have to be a graduate for the electrical or the telecommunication engineering with minimum of the 60% marks in the B tech or the graduation degree .......

Mode of selection and nature of Question Paper
The mode of selection is through an All India Competitive Examination. The examination will be of three hours duration with one Question Paper containing the following 3 sections:-

Section-I: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Ability Test: 20 questions
For JTOs (Telecom)

The three streams in BSNL JTO are:

electrical

civil

telecom

The candidate must possess an Engineering degree in one of the following disciplines from a recognized university.
[final year students can also apply provided they can show their proof of passing by the time decided by the company]

Telecommunication

Electronics

Radio

Computer

Electrical

Information Technology

AGE: you should not have crossed 30 years.

5 years age relaxation in case of SC/ST, Govt. employee, BSNL employee.

3 years age relaxation in case of OBC.

10 years in case of PH general candidate(13 years for OBC PH, 15 years for SC/ST PH).

The notification of this year is not published yet...it will publish in March..

the exam will be in the mid of 2011....

I'm in 6th semester BE(telecom branch).I have got an aggregate of 79%...Please tell me sir how to get job in bsnl?what type of job i can get?

To apply for BSNL JTO(Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Junior Telecom Officers) exam

* Candidates should be the citizen of India
* Candidates should have age limit within 21 to 30 years.
* Candidates should have 33 years of age for OBC.
* Candidates should have 35 years of age for SC/ST.
* Final year candidates can also appear for this exam.
* Candidates should complete graduation from a recognized university.
* Backlogs are not allowed.
* Candidates should get 55% at graduation.
