when willbe the jee exam 2012 starts?
i have to start preparation for this.

Generally IIT-JEE is conducted on 2nd Sunday of April.
So, you can expect JEE-2012 to be held on 8th April 2012.
Till now the notification for IIT-JEE has not been published.
It should be published in October.
Once the notification is published the exact date of exam will be known.

If you are planning to appear IIT-JEE then you should not wait for the announcement
of date of examination.

Start your preparation right away and try to solve previous year question papers.

If would be beneficial if you join Test series of some coaching like FIITJEE, Bansal etc.

Date of exam is not declared yet it will declare in November.
probable date is 8 april 2012 .

IIT JEE exam 2012 is going to held on 8th april.

Indian Institute of Technology conducts a Joint Entrance Examination every year.

Important dates of IIT JEE :-

Start date of Online Process :- 31/10/11

Last date of Online Process :- 10/12/11

Last date for receipt of application :- 15/12/11

Date of examination :- 08/04/12

Declaration of Results :- 18/05/12

Eligibility Criteria for this examination :-

The applicant's should be qualified 12th examination from a recognized Board or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 60% marks for General category and OBC category.5% relaxation is given for other reserved categories.

Candidates who are appearing in the 12th examination can also apply for this examination.

Candidate can attempts two times in a consecutive years.

Reservation of Seats :-

ST category :- 7%

OBC(non-creamy layer) :- 27%

How can I apply as I am IIIT student

Hi

IIT JEE 2012 is scheduled on 8th April 2012. Its the second Sunday of the month.

However you shouldn't have waited for the date instead should have started your preparations. Now I guess you would fall short of time, if you want to prepare in detail.

So kick start today itself, and do as much you can. Cover up as much syllabus as you can.
It would be good if you could join some crash course from some good training institute.

Also do solve the previous year papers of the IIT and other entrance exams too.

The date of IIT JEE examination is declared.The examination will held on 8th April 2012.
The forms for the examination available in online as well as offline mode.The last date of filling the online form is 11.12.2011.The last date of filling the offline form is 14.12.2011.
So it is the time you can start preparation for the examination.
