From where can I buy the admission forms for IIT JEE? I am a diploma final year student


hello, i am a diploma final year student from HUBLI(HUBBALLI),KARNATAKA ,I wanted to appear for the IIT JEE examinations commencing in the 2012 ,please can you tell me when and where can i get the APPLICATION FORM and BROCHURE.How can i prepare myself for the IIT JEE level aptitude.
