when will the U.G 2nd selection list for cbse/icse students come out...???

The second list generally comes after one or two weeks of the publishing of the first merit list. Also different schools have different times for publishing the lists. But generally the ICSE and CBSE examinations finish by the month of March.
So schools take up admissions after that. Generally within the month of May or June full fledged classes start in most UG schools. Also most schools generally do on rely on the first merit list only. They also depend upon the second and third merit lists. So don't worry. If the first list has come out say today wait for 3 more weeks you will see the second list following up. But if the first and second lists are pretty large then a third list might never come up. This is because the seats might get filled by then.
