i want to know that from where i will gt my compartmn form..please tell me the source of it

You have not mentioned the name of the exam or the institution or the board whose compartment exam you wish to know. Due to lack of information you cant get the required answer. But I can suggest you to go to the institution from where you have appeared for the exam and failed to clear. The form will be available there if the time has not elapsed.

i wrote cbse 12 exam through private this year and i have got compartment in maths but i have a gut feeling that there must be some mistake regarding checking. so what should i do? should i recheck the paper or i should give the compartment exam?
