You can refer foreign universities project reports,online libraries as reference. You can get classes from lectureres of IIT's through nptel classes. And also there are good author books on pinch technology. Some of them are;
1. Pinch analysis and process integration- book by Lan C. Kemp.
2. Pinch technology and beyond pinch-Mahmoud bahy Noureldin.
