Well actually I want to do summer training at BHEL jhansi. I am in 3rd year of B.E.(IT). Where i can get the application form and what is the procedure of applying??

BHEL stands for Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Through college's Training and Placement Office you can apply if you are in the 4th and 6th semester of engineering. BHEL is one of the most important entral Public Sector Enterprises of India and working condition over there is not easy. It is very tough especially for the Civil, Mechanical and Metallurgy engineers.

Firstly if you are interested to do summer training from BHEL then you have to write a letter to the general manager of the Human Resource Development Centre at the BHEL office. You cannot directly send personal application to the authorities concerened until and unless you have personal contacts. Depending on the number of mentors available your selection will be guaranteed accordingly.

No fixed selection process is there. Mostly an interview process is carried out over the telephone. You are going to be asked a few questions. But if you get in by using personal contacts then there's no need to for you to go through this telephonic conversation process.

You will be assigned an mentor under whom you are going to work. The training process usually lasts for four to six weeks. You will be given a project too and at the end of the training process your performance will be evaluated based on how well you make the project. The HR Department is also going to ask you a few questions.
