yess you are applicable for degree course in ame

because vocational course is equivalent to 10+2 course.

Also those certificate are similar to 10+2 course are eligible.

dear the eligibility for AME is 12 class/equivalent with mininmum of 50% marks
so complete your 12 with good score and then you may apply for it...
