Yes, you will be eligible to apply for CS Executive Programme after passint CPT exam from ICAI.

CS stands for Company Secretary.

Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretary Exam.

There are three stages in CS programme. They are

*Foundation programme,

*Executive programme and

*Professional Programme.

Eligibility criteria to apply for CS Executive Programme is Graduation degree in any discipline except Fine Arts.

The fee structure for company secretary course are as under :-

CS Foundation Programme : Rs.4500/-

CS Executive Programme :

-For Commerce Graduates - Rs.9000/-

-For Non Commerce Graduates - Rs 10,000/- and

-For CS Foundation passed students - Rs 8,500/-

CS Professional Programme : Rs.12,000/-

Executive Course

Professional Course

Graduate students are given exemption from foundation course.They can take direct entry in Executive Course.The duration period of CS course is 2 years.

The fee structure for CS course is around up to Rs 30,000 .
