You just can't think of that.
Look if you are an aspirant of AIPMT, than either you should join a good coaching institutes or you should buy a good book of Last year question papers of the exam.

And if you don't think yourself upto the all India exam, than you should surely go for state level exams, as there is shortage of medical colleges, so the state level colleges are also very good.
