if i do MBA from IIPM am i eligible for government jobs and is my degree will be recognised by india government?

I have donr my graduation in computer science. Am currentlu working in an MNC.
I am planning for Part time Post Graduation from JNTU.
Will govt jobs accept Part Time Courses?
Will a part time Degree a valuable one.

IIPM is not recognized to any university,neither it is government recognized..mostly those students join IIPM who don't get admission anywhere on merit basis but have a lot of money..so better to make a right decision right now otherwise it would be too late..all the best
