Sure,you are eligible for UPSC. Age limit for UPSC is 21. Then you should also possess a degree for recognized university.

Yeah you can apply for the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) which conducts various entrance exams for candidates to join in various posts such as Civil Services,Defence forces,Engineering Services and various other posts.To apply for these various posts you need to apply for the respected entrance exams and you should satisfy the respected eligibility criteria .

As you have not mentioned your interest for which posts you want to apply for,i cannot be able to predict the exams which you could possibly apply which is provided by the UPSC.

Based on the eligibility criteria needed for the respected exams,if you satisfy them then you can apply for the UPSC Exams.

ALL THE BEST

For the Civil Service Exam the stipulated age is Minimum 21 years & Maximum 32 years for the general category candidates.
If you are a SC/ST category you will get age relaxation of up to 5 years that is you can apply till 37 years of age.
If you are a OBC category you will get age relaxation of up to 3 years that is you can apply till 35 years of age.
