Can B.Tech (Mechanical) students apply for UPPSC Junior Engineer posts?

Yes, B.Tech (Mechanical) Candidates are eligible to apply for UPPSC Junior Engineer Recruitment. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Junior Engineer recruitment is "3 year Diploma" from a recognized university. Candidates who have passed 3 year Diploma in Engineering in any of the below mentioned streams from a recognized university are eligible.
* Civil Engineering
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Agriculture Engineering

The minimum age required to be eligible for UPPSC Junior Engineer recruitment is 21 years and the maximum age must not exceed 42 years. The selection process consists of Written Test followed by Interview.
