Some people and are yes some said number. So, please tell that female who completed graduation from commerce stream can apply for Indian navy or not?

No, you can't join Indian Navy after completion of your B.Com degree. To join Indian Navy, you have to appear in UPSC CDS examination. Candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree course in any discipline with Mathematics and Physics subjects at 12th standard level are eligible to apply for CDS examination. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for UPSC CDS examination. So, being a female candidate, you are not eligible to apply for CDS examination.

Let me tell you that girl candidates are not eligible to take admission in Navy courses hence you cannot join Navy.
Minimum qualification required to join in Navy is 12th standard and one can join Navy through NDA examination.
But girl candidates are not eligible to join Indian Navy.

As per the eligibility criteria, a candidate who has completed 12th standard with PCM stream is eligible to apply for NDA examination and the candidate must be male. Being a female candidate you are not eligible to apply for Indian Navy.
