Sorry, you are not eligible to join Indian Navy.

As per required eligibility to join Indian Navy candidate have to qualify in NDA entrance examination. To appear for NDA entrance examination to get recruitment as Navy officer it is necessary to have mathematics and physics in 10+2.

So, you cannot appear in examination after diploma degree but after diploma degree if you pursue B.tech degree than you can appear for CDS examination to join Indian Navy.

Being a diploma in electrical and electronics engineering which is equivalent to higher secondary school degree course the possible way for joining Indian Navy is through NDA.

NDA stands for National Defense Academy and it is an academy which is meant for providing education and training to those applicants who have managed to clear NDA entrance examination and are interested to become officer in the Indian Defense Services.

The same examination is held twice every year by Union Public Service Commission in two stages which are called as Written examination and Service Selection Board Interview respectively.

--> Also to be eligible for appearing in the same examination for joining Indian Navy you must possess the qualifications mentioned below :-

* You must be an unmarried Indian male resident.

* Your age must lie in between 16.5 years to 19 years.

* You must be physically and mentally fit as per the service requirement norms.

* You must have either completed your higher secondary school degree with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as your main subjects or any equivalent degree course or must be in the final year of same degree course from a recognized institute.

For further details concerning to the same examination you must refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
