Can I appear for entrance exam of Judicial Magistrate First Class or Second Class without clearing the Car Council Examination?
I have completed my LLB from Gujarat University in the year 2016. I have not appeared for the Bar Council Examination yet. Also I got 59% overall in Final year. So am I eligible to appear for entrance exam of Judicial Magistrate First Class or Judicial Magistrate Second class or for the equivalent post without clearing Bar Council Examination?

You need to be a registered lawyer under Bar Council if India to become eligible for these exams. If you are still not a registered then it will create problem for you during recruitment.
Hence, make sure that you fulfill all the criteria before appearing in the exam. |
