Is it necessary to become a Judge before becoming a Magistrate?


I am a student of 11th class. My father want me to become a magistrate but it has a minimum age of 21 years. So i want to if it is important for me to become a judge before becoming a magistrate? Please reply here.

No it is not necessary to become a judge before becoming a Magistrate as for Magistrate you should have L.L.B degree.But your age should lie between 21 to 35 years.For it you will have to pass the exam conducted by Law Service Commission.

I have done my graduation from DU in arts. I want to become a judge but my present age is not to eligible to apply mba with law and my age is 28. So it can possible I have do again graduation in law.

There is any need of court experience of 5 year to sit in the exam of magistrate or to became magistrate?
