I am a 4th year student of Hotel Management. Can I apply for Officer post in Indian Military Services? Kindly let me know about this as soon as possible.

Yes, candidates passed bachelor degree are eligible to join Indian Military Service as an Offficer.

For recruitment as an Officer, you have to appear and qualify in CDS conducted by UPSC twice every year.

The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree from any recognised university and have age between 19-23 years.

CDS stands for Combined Defence Service and candidates after appearing and qualifying in examination are eligible for recruitment as an Officer in Defence services.

So, you can appear for examination for selection in Indian Military Services. The age limit for examination is 19-23 years and required qualification is bachelor in any discipline from any recognised university.

The examination is conducted in two stages and candidates have to qualify in both stages for final recruitment.
