Re: Is distance learning valid for getting Government jobs?
Yes, distance learning is valid for getting Government jobs.
While getting admission in distance learning programme, one should check whether the institute is approved by DEC(Distance Education Council) or not. The university/institute offering distance education must be recognized by the Distance Education Council. The degree offered by the DEC recognized university is valid for government jobs as well as private jobs. |

Re: Is distance learning valid for getting Government jobs?
Yes, distance degree candidates are eligible for government jobs but one of the most important criteria for this is that your college from which you have done last year in distance mode must be approved by Distance Education council and University Grants Commission.
If your colleges is approved and recognized by both of these bodies then you are eligible to apply for all government jobs. |

Re: Is distance learning valid for getting Government jobs?
If degree is from a recognized distance mode university then surely you will be eligible for government job provided you meet the eligibility criteria.
If your degree qualification matches with the requirement of the given government job then surely distance learning will be valid. |
