I want to apply for Scientific Officer post in NISER. I would like to know about the educational qualification and age limit to apply in this recruitment. Kindly let me know asap.

Educational qualification and age limit to apply for NISER Scientific Officer recruitment process is mentioned below :-

1. Educational Qualification :-
For Scientific Officer - C :- MBBS with PG Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology / Child Health or MBBS with one year working experience in hospital of more than 50 beds.

For Scientific Officer - D :- MD (General Medicine) / MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) / MD (Paediatrics) or MBBS with five years of clinical experience in hospital with more than 50 beds after obtaining degree.

2. Age Limit :-
For Scientific Officer - C :- Not more than 35 years

For Scientific Officer - D :- Not more than 40 years

Educational Qualification :
* MD (General Medicine/ Obstetrics/ Pediatrics) or MBBS with 5 years clinical experience This is for who applying Scientific Officer -D

* Intermediate (10+2) with 3 years Nursing Diploma or 2 years Pharmacist diploma.This is for who are applying Scientific Assistant.

Age limit:
* Maximum 40 Years - For Scientific Officer -D and Scientific Officer - C

Educational Qualification and Age Criteria Required for NISER Scientific Officer Recruitment:

The basic educational qualification required and age criteria required are given below.

>> Minimum Qualification:

* You must have completed M.Tech or M.E in any of the below streams from a recognized university.
> Computer Science Engineering
> Electrical Engineering
> Information Technology
> Electronics Engineering

* You must have good experience in any of the following fields namely, LHC Grid Computing, Python Programming, Storage Management, Linux Administration, Shell Script Programming

>> Age Criteria Required:

* The maximum age of a candidate must not exceed 40 years in order to be eligible as on 15th December 2016.

NISER refers to "National Institute of Science Education and Research. Candidates who wants to apply in NISER recruitment for the post of a Scientific Officer must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

> Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

> The age of the candidate should not be more than 40 years.

> The candidate must have a PhD degree in Physics or M.Sc in Physics.
