I mean I m pursuing my graduation from arts...

Yes, you are eligible for Indian Foreign Service exam.

Indian Foreign Service exam is under of Civil Service exam

Graduation degree with minimum percentage marks from a recognized university are eligible for civil service exam. Final year candidates can also apply for civil service exam.

Age criteria :-

Minimum Age = 21 years old
Maximum Age = 30 years old

Age relaxation :-

5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates
3 years relaxation for OBC Candidates
10 years relaxation for PHC candidates
5 years relaxation for Ex-serviceman

The maximum attempts for Sc/ST candidate is Unlimited. For OBC candidate it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years.Also you must be citizen of India.

IFS - Indian Foreign Service

To join in IFS the candidate need to apply for the Indian civil services which is being conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year. To apply for the IFS exam there are certain eligibility criteria's which are needed to be satisfied.

Nationality:

-> The candidate should have a citizenship in India

Age Limit:

-> For general category candidate it is 21-30 years

-> For SC/ST it is 21-35 years

-> For OBC it is 21-33 years

Educational Qualification:

-> The educational qualification needed for the IFS exam is candidate should have completed a degree from a recognized university in any stream of education.

You have asked whether it is needed to finish your respected degree in science stream, there is nothing like that, you can graduate in any stream of study.

There are also certain number of attempts which are allowed and they are:

For SC/ST : No limit
For OBC : 7
For General : 4

I HV cleared my graduation in arts with less then 50% marks & I m not so good in English spoken so am I able to prepare IfS exam??? Plz answer.

I am pursuing my Masters degree in History. Am I eligible to apply for Indian Foreign Service exam?

I have completed my intermediate and want to join Indian foreign service in future so can you please suggest me a degree course which helps me in appearing for IFS ,and please mention the minimum percentage of degree.

To apply IFs exam mathematics is compulsory??????
