Hi, I am in hurry right now, I really want to know about the eligibility criteria for applying in Goa Customs Seaman recruitment of 2018. I don’t know much more about the eligibility of this particular recruitment. Kindly tell me the age limit as well.

Eligibility Criteria and Age Criteria required to apply for Goa Customs Seaman Recruitment 2018:

The basic educational qualification and age criteria required to apply for Goa Customs Seaman Recruitment 2018.

Educational Qualification:-

* You must have done Matriculation or 10th Class pass or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

* You should have 3 years experience in sea going mechanized vessel with 2 years in Helmsman and Seamanship work.

* And desirable qualification is, you must have certificate in Competency as "Mate of Fishing "vessel" issued by Marine Mercantile Department".

Age Criteria Required:-

* Minimum age - 18 years
* Maximum age allowed - 25 years

The age limit and eligibility criteria for Goa Custom Seamen recruitment are as below:

>>Candidate should have minimum academic qualification of secondary board or its equivalent.

>>He should have three years experience on mechanized boat with two years as helmsman and seamanship.

The age limit is 18-25 years.

For Seamen post in Goa customs, the age limit is 18 to 25 years. There is age relaxation available for reserved category according to government rules.

Class 10th is the minimum education required for it. You must also have required experience in the same field along with desired qualification.
