Eligibility for JMFC exam
I have completed my LLB degree with 51 % & not attempt in 1st time but I have practiced as an advocate and have 3 year's experience certificate. Am I eligible to appear for JMFC exam?

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Track Court.
Eligibility criteria for JMFC entrance examination: 1. You must have done bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university. Final year LLB candidates are also eligible for JMFC exam. 2. Minimum percentage of marks required in LLB is 55% for applying for JMFC exam. 3. The age limit is 21-35 years for candidates of general category and upper age relaxation of three years to OBC and five years to SC/ST candidates is required. You are not eligible for this examination as you have scored only 51% marks in LLB course. |
