Eligibility and other details of JMFC 2016 examination
How is it possible to appear in JMFC 2016 examination, please tell me. My brother told me 15/09/2016 is the last date to apply, but i don't know the eligibility and other details.

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class. It is organized by Maharashtra Public Service Commission. As you want to know the eligibility and other details of JMFC examination here I am going to tell you the same:
Eligibility: For Judicial Magistrate First Class exam candidate must have passed a Degree in Law course and also must have sufficient knowledge of Marathi. Maximum age limits for the exam is 25 years for Fresh Law Graduates. And Maximum 35 years for persons already working as Attorney, Advocate etc. Other Detail- Exam in three stages : Preliminary exam Main exam interview Duration of exam: Two Hours Nature of the paper : Objective type Important tentative date for Judicial Magistrate First Class exam: Last date to apply: In the second week of September Date of preliminary exam: In the month of September Date of Main Exam – Mid of October |

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class exam.
JMFC exam is conducted by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC). Eligibility criteria : Educational Qualification : LLB/ LLM Degree or its equivalent degree from a Government certified University/ Institution. Age limit : For Advocate or Attorney of general category - 21 years to 35 years , For Advocate or Attorney of OBC candidate - 21 years to 38 years and For Advocate or Attorney of SC/ST candidate - 21 years to 40 years . Relaxation in upper age will be applicable to reserved category as per Govt rules and regulations. Selection Procedure: Preliminary Examination Main Examination Personal Interview. JMFC refers for Judicial Magistrate First Class and JMFC examinations are held once every year by MPSC for recruitment of Civil Judge or Junior division judge for the local courts.
* The minimum eligibility criteria required for the same examination are as following :- 1) You must have the nationality of India. 2) You must hold the bachelor of legislative law ( LLB ) degree from a recognized law university. 3) Your age must lie within 21 years to 35 years. Further age relaxation are offered to reserved category candidates as per the norms. As far as you are concerned about appearing in JMFC examination 2016 then it is not possible now as the last date of registration has passed which was on 5th June 2016 and the examination is going to be held on 9th October 2016. JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Track court. The eligibility criteria for this examination is that candidate must have done bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university. Final year candidates are also eligible for JMFC exam.
Candidates need to have minimum of 55% marks in LLB to apply for JMFC entrance exam. The age limit is 21-35 years. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category. If you meet all the above criteria, you can apply for JMFC entrance exam. |
