I am B.Tech final year student in ECE and I am very confused that after b.tech what do. I want to get government job but I am not decide the field for better carrier. In 10th exam my percentage is 58.8% and 12th -69% and in b.tech approximate 72%

Yes, you can apply for government jobs after completion of your B.Tech final year from a recognised university. You can apply for jobs related to Police Services, VRO, VRA, Railway jobs, Bank jobs, etc.,. If you are interested to join in Indian Armed Forces, you can also appear in CDS examination. To get a government job, you have to prepare well and take coaching from recognised coaching centers which offers good quality of coaching, so, that you can crack the examination and get a government job.

After completion B.Tech in ECE, you are eligible for government sector jobs like IES examination.

Those candidates who have completed bachelor of engineering degree course are eligible to apply for IES Examination but, only under these streams -CIVIL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING. You can choose any one subject from above mentioned subjects.

M.Sc Degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering are also eligible for IES examination. Final year student are also eligible for IES examination.

The applicant age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

Age relaxation:-

SC/ST = 5 years
OBC =3 years
PWD =10 years
Ex-Servicemen = 5 years
